From choosing a program to receiving your confirmation.

Browse the upcoming programs and select the ones you want to attend.
STEP 2
Register & verify
Fill in your details and verify your email address with the code we send you.
STEP 3
Pay the fee
Pay by bank transfer, cheque or on desk - or use the sponsor code from your institute. Free programs need no payment.
STEP 4
Get confirmed
Our team verifies your payment and emails your confirmation and invoice.
Usually within 15 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified.
Yes - select all the programs you want before continuing. Free and paid programs need separate registrations.
You can pay by bank / online transfer (enter the transaction ID or STAN and upload the receipt), by cheque (enter the cheque number and upload a scan), or on desk at the NBEAC office. Free programs need no payment.
Ask your institute's focal person for your NBEAC sponsor code, choose “I have a sponsor code” in the payment step and apply it. Fully sponsored registrations need no payment; for partial sponsorships you pay the remaining amount.
A clear screenshot of your online transfer confirmation, a scan/photo of the bank deposit slip or of the cheque, showing the amount and reference number (JPG or PNG, up to 1 MB).
After registering you receive a link to your registration status page, where you can view and print your invoice at any time.
1. In case of replacements, transfer and refund, participant should officially notify via email/letter to NBEAC 10 working days prior to the workshop.
2. NBEAC may cancel or postpone a workshop/program due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances.
3. In case of postponement, the fee may be transferred to the rescheduled offering of that workshop or any other workshop as an alternate to refund.
4. The NBEAC reserves the right to make changes in its program policies and fees at any time.
5. If unforeseen circumstances occur during the workshop or one day before, NBEAC will not refund the registration fee.
